Recently, there has been talk of a possible “leak” of a The Sims 4 DLC with the theme “Murder in the Mansion”.
Although everything is still in the realm of speculation, I can tell you, in my personal opinion, that this is completely false, as many suspected.
At first it was suspected that the new gameplay would be inspired by the famous board game CLUE. But we can now rule that idea out.
However, there is a possibility for a The Sims 4 Law & Order DLC. A new Sims 4 expansion with a heroes and villains theme or some kind of crime and justice pack.
This could mean the return of the burglar NPC, a character that many of us players are surprised was not added to the fourth edition in the base game.
What is known for sure about The Sims 4 DLC January 2021
The pack will not have updated babies freed from their cribs either, and it will not have bunk beds.
On the other hand, the recent addition of large debug structures would fit with elements of an earlier survey that asked players how they would feel about an expansion pack that allowed them to build their own city.
However, it is unlikely that we will get a full “create your own world” option, although building a city could be possible.
